Joint Commission International Accreditation Support
Prepare your healthcare organisation for internationally recognised standards of patient safety, quality, and operational excellence with structured JCI accreditation guidance from DIMS Medical Services.
Everything you need to prepare for JCI accreditation
JCI accreditation evaluates how effectively a healthcare organisation manages patient safety, quality of care, clinical processes, and continuous improvement. Our experts help you understand the requirements, identify compliance gaps, and prepare your team for every stage of the accreditation journey.
Readiness Assessment
We review your organisation’s current systems, clinical processes, documentation, and safety practices to determine its level of preparedness for JCI accreditation.
Standards Gap Analysis
Our experts compare your existing practices against applicable JCI standards and identify areas that require corrective action or improvement.
Policies and Documentation
Receive guidance in developing and improving policies, procedures, records, checklists, and documentation aligned with international healthcare quality standards.
Staff Training
We train clinical, administrative, and support teams to understand accreditation requirements and apply patient safety standards in their daily responsibilities.
Mock Survey
A structured mock survey helps your organisation experience the assessment process, identify remaining gaps, and prepare employees for survey-day interactions.
Continuous Improvement
We help establish monitoring systems, quality indicators, internal audits, and improvement plans to support compliance before and after the accreditation survey.

The JCI Accreditation Process
1. Before the Survey
The organisation submits its application, reviews relevant standards, improves internal processes, prepares documentation, and trains its employees.
2. On-Site Survey
JCI surveyors assess the organisation’s compliance through document reviews, staff interviews, patient-care observations, and facility inspections.
3. After the Survey
The organisation may be required to address identified findings and submit evidence of corrective actions before receiving the final decision.
4. Between Surveys
Accredited organisations must continue monitoring quality, patient safety, and compliance throughout the accreditation cycle.
